Job Summary

Join a next-generation Site Reliability Engineering team to operate and improve customer infrastructure for availability, visibility, and resiliency. You’ll plan maintenance and documentation, run ITIL-based root cause analysis for incidents, and help automate repetitive administrative tasks. Work with clients as a technology leader on roadmaps while supporting on-call escalation, continuously improving systems through monitoring, audits, and best practices across cloud and microservices platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate, maintain, and administer solutions to improve customer infrastructure efficiency, availability, and visibility.
•Plan maintenance activity and create design documentation and standard procedures.
•Perform root cause analysis reports for outages/incidents using ITIL problem management.
•Monitor current infrastructure state, identify resiliency improvements, and automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
•Participate in on-call rotation in an escalation capacity and lead client technology discussions on roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Experience working with Google Cloud (necessary) and AWS Clouds, including infrastructure-as-code deployments (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Opsworks).
•Strong scripting and automation skills for administrative tasks using Python and Scala.
•Hands-on Kubernetes and container technologies, plus solid understanding of microservices architecture.
•Understanding of software development lifecycles from an infrastructure viewpoint (e.g., PRs, merge/rebase) and end-to-end operations of business systems.
•Comprehensive Linux, networking, and troubleshooting experience (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS/NTP/DHCP/SMTP, hypervisors, and cloud migration).
