Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and styling advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards and a clean, organized floor.
