Electrician

Carry out reactive and remedial electrical work across domestic residential properties in the AASC contract, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and completion of required documentation. Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations while maintaining power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency lighting, and heating systems. Provide technical support to maintenance colleagues, ensure safe and compliant work, and collaborate with housing teams, stakeholders, and customers to meet service levels.
