Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the regional P&L for the European SAS business, delivering top-line growth, EBITDA, margin expansion, and cash flow in line with AOP and STRAP commitments
  • •Lead development and execution of STRAP and AOP, ensuring alignment between growth strategy, portfolio priorities, and resource deployment
  • •Establish and run a robust MOS across sales, operations, services, finance, and functional teams
  • •Drive on-time delivery, product quality, and service performance that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, with strong succession planning and talent pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required
  • •Proven leadership with P&L ownership in a complex multi-country European business
  • •Experience leading STRAP and AOP and deploying a Management Operating System (MOS)
  • •Strong strategic/operational leadership with cross-functional collaboration
  • •Industry experience in building automation, security, access control, controls, software, or adjacent technologies
