Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead system-level, rack-level, and cluster-scale validation strategy for AI server and accelerated computing platforms.
  • •Define validation plans for real-world customer deployment scenarios across scale-up and scale-out infrastructures.
  • •Design and maintain automated validation frameworks, orchestration systems, telemetry pipelines, and data-driven workflows across the platform lifecycle.
  • •Execute and analyze large-scale validation workloads to assess reliability, stability, scalability, performance, and operational readiness.
  • •Investigate issues and drive root-cause analysis across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and infrastructure, including using telemetry-driven methods and structured debugging.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience validating complex server, rack-scale, or distributed computing environments.
  • •Deep technical expertise in hardware-software interactions across modern server platforms, with strong debugging and technical judgment.
  • •Ability to develop software and automation using Python and Linux, and use modern test orchestration frameworks.
  • •Strong background in hardware-software integration, platform validation, system bring-up, infrastructure qualification, and deployment readiness.
  • •Experience using telemetry, observability, and large-scale data analysis for validation coverage and root-cause analysis, including familiarity with tools like Redfish/IPMI/OpenBMC and PCIe AER/SEL/SDR logs.
