Job Summary

Lead system-, rack-, and cluster-scale validation for next-generation AI infrastructure and accelerated computing platforms. Define validation strategies and drive technical direction across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and infrastructure. Build automated validation frameworks and telemetry-driven analysis pipelines to qualify AMD AI platforms from bring-up through customer deployment readiness, while executing large-scale test workloads, performing root-cause analysis, and establishing quality gates and coverage metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead system-level, rack-level, and cluster-scale validation strategy for AI server and accelerated computing platforms.
•Define validation plans for real-world customer deployment scenarios across scale-up and scale-out infrastructures.
•Design and maintain automated validation frameworks, orchestration systems, telemetry pipelines, and data-driven workflows across the platform lifecycle.
•Execute and analyze large-scale validation workloads to assess reliability, stability, scalability, performance, and operational readiness.
•Investigate issues and drive root-cause analysis across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and infrastructure, including using telemetry-driven methods and structured debugging.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience validating complex server, rack-scale, or distributed computing environments.
•Deep technical expertise in hardware-software interactions across modern server platforms, with strong debugging and technical judgment.
•Ability to develop software and automation using Python and Linux, and use modern test orchestration frameworks.
•Strong background in hardware-software integration, platform validation, system bring-up, infrastructure qualification, and deployment readiness.
•Experience using telemetry, observability, and large-scale data analysis for validation coverage and root-cause analysis, including familiarity with tools like Redfish/IPMI/OpenBMC and PCIe AER/SEL/SDR logs.
