As a HR Generalist Technician, you’ll manage and coordinate core HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, accurate personnel administration, and the availability of talent to support company operations. Responsibilities include onboarding, contract and payroll support, vacation/absence and time tracking, coordination of temporary staffing (ETT), talent attraction and hiring coordination, training planning and documentation, and employee support on labor matters.
