Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate key HR processes while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and proper personnel administration.
  • •Prepare information for payroll and review payroll-related incidents.
  • •Administer employee lifecycle items such as vacations, permits, licenses, absenteeism, and time tracking/jornada compliance.
  • •Coordinate temporary staffing (ETT): contracting, managing assignments, validating hours for billing, and supporting adaptation/performance follow-up.
  • •Support talent attraction and development: define profiles, handle recruiting activities (screening, interviews, onboarding), and design/execute the annual training plan including FUNDAE documentation and bonuses.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • •Experience managing personnel via temporary staffing (ETT).
  • •Solid knowledge of labor law, hiring, and Social Security administration.
  • •Experience in personnel administration, selection, and training.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with HR time tracking tools (Woffu valued) and preferably Workday ERP; high English level.
