Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain controlled workforce datasets for each deal, including roles, locations, labour cost, and refresh cadence, with documented sources.
  • •Segment and map workforce to WSP IT function taxonomy and reconcile baselines to HR records on a defined cadence.
  • •Translate workforce baselines and integration schedules into capacity views, including capacity request intake protocols and cost-type attribution.
  • •Maintain people-synergy trackers by deal and function, validate assumptions with HR/Function Leads, and track costs-to-achieve while preventing double-counting.
  • •Coordinate talent assessment, retention priorities, transition support, and separation sequencing aligned to integration timelines, escalating slippage as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • •5–8 years of experience in workforce planning, HR business partnering, organizational change, or M&A integration with substantial people-workstream exposure.
  • •Demonstrated discretion handling confidential headcount and compensation data with defensible access controls.
  • •Experience quantifying and tracking workforce cost (headcount modeling, labour cost baselining, or benefit/synergy tracking).
  • •Workforce or delivery capacity planning experience, including demand/resource/transition planning across organizations.
