Senior Software Engineer

Build and operate core billing platform services for Twilio’s Commerce Platform, helping transition customers to next-generation architecture. You’ll design, implement, and run distributed, highly available systems across features like the control plane, billing experience, and account lifecycle management. Using AWS infrastructure and APIs, Apache Kafka, and REST APIs with OpenAPI compliance, you’ll improve observability, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver reliable software through the full SDLC.
