Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage production, quality, production availability, and manufacturing efficiency, escalating critical issues to drive resolution.
  • •Manage factory relationships and ensure the right resources, processes, and tools are used to achieve operational excellence.
  • •Roll out adidas best practices to responsible factories and influence factory middle management to achieve production objectives.
  • •Validate T1 capacity offers and monitor availability performance during constraints; support the sampling process through production milestones.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in product creation or related areas.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of work experience in similar positions.
