Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design end-to-end across key product areas from exploration to production-ready specs
  • •Develop design patterns and principles to help users understand AI behavior, surface insights, and make confident decisions
  • •Design end-to-end product experiences across the platform in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and data scientists
  • •Conduct user research and discovery to understand how technical teams evaluate, monitor, and govern AI in production
  • •Maintain and evolve the design system with reusable components and interaction patterns that scale across the product

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design with a focus on complex technical products
  • •Online portfolio showcasing data-dense interfaces, monitoring dashboards, observability tools, analytics platforms, or similar
  • •Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design work from discovery to production
  • •Experience designing for AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise software for technical audiences
