Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and report on potential and actual food safety and quality risks that may arise during daily production.
  • •Perform GMP production line audits and other FSQ audits.
  • •Provide technical support to production teams
  • •Conduct HACCP reviews, internal audits and performance monitoring activities to schedule and report results
  • •Review production records and documentation to ensure positive release of finished products
