Job Summary

Own the technical product vision and roadmap for the Social Health Information Exchange (SHIE) and Community Information Exchange (CIE), driving interoperability, data/analytics, patient identity (eMPI) and single best record (SBR), consent, and platform capabilities. Partner daily with engineering in India and US public health leadership to ship an exchange “technical spine,” define success metrics, monitor regulatory updates, and engage payer customers to validate direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SHIE/CIE, including interoperability, data/analytics, eMPI, and the single best record (SBR) capabilities.
•Define and drive consent as a platform capability kept coherent across technical layers, and build agents that reconcile records and resolve identity with human in the loop.
•Set direction and priority for engineering and platform teams by delivering cross-functional product work that ships as one exchange.
•Define success metrics (e.g., RAF capture accuracy, care/quality gap closure rates, Stars performance, FWA detection precision and recoveries, audit readiness) and track product performance.
•Monitor regulatory/industry changes (V28, RADV audit requirements, HEDIS measure updates, CMS interoperability rules) and update strategy; engage payer customers to gather feedback and validate direction.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in product management with deep ownership of interoperability, health and/or SDOH data, or platform products, including ownership of the technical layers beneath the app.
•Strong command of healthcare interoperability standards: FHIR R4 and US Core, USCDI, and HL7 v2 and ADT.
•Hands-on product experience with patient identity or record matching (eMPI) and with a system of record or master data layer such as an SBR.
•Ability to make a technically complex, multi-component product cohere into one integrated offering.
•Experience shipping AI or agentic features on a data or platform product, with a model-agnostic data foundation mindset.
