Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve PTS yield to meet BP/LPI targets, including controlling PTS detractors with debugging and improvement actions.
  • •Monitor and debug burn quality (ARH/ABI/ABL), and drive improvements across relevant quality metrics.
  • •Improve module HMB1/QMON DPM and support product grade improvement and product reliability improvement.
  • •Handle RMA and drive CAPA solutions; support new product qualification.
  • •Conduct Qual/QS sample health monitoring, manage wafer outgoing inspection engineering improvement, and analyze global MRB cases.
