Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct due diligence on private asset managers and direct alternative assets deals focused on private credit.
  • •Assess fund managers’ track records, strategy alignment, and legal/operational frameworks; produce DD reports for internal stakeholders.
  • •Monitor underlying fund managers and direct real estate investments; review reports/financial statements/KPIs and flag performance deviations.
  • •Maintain dashboards and performance summaries; track capital deployment timelines against approved allocations.
  • •Support governance, risk oversight, and execution—coordinating with fund managers, legal counsel, and internal teams for documentation, portfolio reviews, reporting, audits, and regulatory filings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •CFA/CA/MBA/CPA.
  • •5-10 years of experience in private markets (direct or indirect deals, fund-of-funds, co-investments, secondaries, transaction advisory, or consulting).
  • •Prior work experience in Private Credit.
  • •Strong exposure to due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and fund structuring with strong analytical/financial modeling and presentation skills.
