Job Summary

Serve as a senior HR business partner and employee relations specialist across EMEA and APAC. Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, performance, and team dynamics using HRBP dashboards and org health data. Own employee relations cases end-to-end, lead workplace investigations, and build ER frameworks and policies aligned to evolving UK, EU, and APAC regulations. Partner daily with the Head of Employment Law to ensure compliant, consistent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as strategic HRBP for leaders across EMEA and APAC, advising on org design, workforce planning, performance, and team dynamics using data.
•Use HRBP people dashboards and org health data to prepare insights for leadership and manager 1:1s, flagging risks and decisions early.
•Own employee relations cases end-to-end across EMEA and APAC, including performance, conduct, grievance, and exit cases.
•Lead workplace investigations, producing findings and recommendations that hold up to scrutiny.
•Translate global People strategy into guidance that works across EMEA and APAC regulatory and cultural contexts, and train managers on early intervention and proactive feedback.

Key Requirements

•7+ years combining HR business partner work with employee relations case management or workplace investigations, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
•Experience partnering with in-house or external employment law counsel on complex, high-stakes cases.
•Experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC populations, comfortable with multiple legal systems and cultural norms.
•Solid grounding in UK and EU employment law fundamentals, with working familiarity with APAC frameworks or ability to learn quickly.
•Proven experience leading formal workplace investigations, from intake and evidence gathering to written findings.
