Job Summary

Lead multi-craft maintenance to keep the plant operating safely and reliably. Manage day-to-day work for changeovers, PM schedules, repairs, and non-routine maintenance, while responding to unplanned downtime and troubleshooting drive systems, PLCs, and equipment issues. Coordinate with scheduling and crew supervisors, train staff and support OJT, and help plan shutdowns and major maintenance. Ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and safe lockout/tagout practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the plant in a safe and reliable condition through scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including lubrication, repairs, adjustments, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
•Manage day-to-day maintenance work activities such as changeovers, PM schedules, and repairs.
•Respond to unplanned downtime and perform root-cause troubleshooting for routine and complex equipment and system problems.
•Maintain and troubleshoot drive systems and PLCs; plan and execute maintenance for non-routine problems/issues.
•Assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance, and train staff; support shutdown and major maintenance planning, including OJT when required.

Key Requirements

•Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or industrial maintenance as a multi-skilled technician.
•Troubleshooting experience with motors, drives, electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, power transmission, and robotics.
•Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams.
•PLC experience (highly desired).
•Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
