  • •Develop overall benefits strategy, including evaluating current offerings and presenting proposed options.
  • •Create and update contributions models, finalize benefits options, and negotiate final rates for Master Plan Benefits programs.
  • •Maintain expert level knowledge of benefits strategy, market trends, open market offerings, carriers, and underwriting rules and guidelines.
  • •Communicate and present benefits program recommendations, timelines, and implementation plans.
  • •Manage the assigned territory effectively and develop strong relationships with Business Consultants; assist nationally as needed.
