Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and operate the resort’s daily IT and telecommunications operations across two properties in Montenegro.
  • •Oversee technology planning, implementation, and maintenance, including PCI compliance and GDPR for property technology.
  • •Ensure property computer and network operations are monitored, with scheduled backup/recovery and administration functions maintained.
  • •Manage IT activities and infrastructure/application uptime, maintaining inventories of hardware/software and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
  • •Lead internal resources (systems technicians) and manage vendors as an escalation point for IT issue resolution, providing technical expertise to colleagues and guests.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA or equivalent work experience, plus 3–5 years in a similar IT/systems role.
  • •Strong organizational, follow-through, and communication skills, with exceptional problem resolution.
  • •Strong technical background in operating systems (Win XP, Win 2000, Win 2003).
  • •Detailed knowledge of PMS/PMS (Micros-Fidelio), PABX/Voicemail/Call Accounting, HRIS, and Sales & Catering (Delphi).
  • •Certification or equivalent experience (desired): MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP; system-related professional certifications desired.
