Job Summary

Lead and support complex project delivery across the full lifecycle, from inception through completion and occupation, including bidding and mobilisation. Apply deep knowledge of project management processes and RIBA Stages 0–7 to develop, monitor, and report performance metrics. Manage projects using WSP’s online project management and controls tools, proactively address risks, and champion health and safety best practices. Build, manage, and mentor a team of project managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Support WSP in fulfilling contractual Project Management obligations across the full project lifecycle, from inception through completion and occupation.
•Lead or support projects across varying scale, complexity, and sector, managing stages including bidding, mobilisation, and delivery.
•Develop, monitor, and report key project performance metrics with tools and procedures; act as Lead Project Manager on major commissions where appropriate.
•Manage projects using WSP’s online Project Management and Controls tools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivery quality.
•Build, manage, and mentor a team of Project Managers while supporting health and safety best practices and proactively escalating risks, issues, and threats to programme, cost, or scope.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4-year degree in a relevant Property, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management discipline.
•Typically 10–16 years of relevant Project Management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
•Industry-recognised project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
•Proven people leadership, mentoring, and team management experience.
