•Prepare and own quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions with outside consultants.
•Oversee global income tax compliance, coordinate third-party providers, and streamline workflows to meet timelines.
•Manage in-house property taxes, local sales taxes, and FBAR filings; handle state registrations with vendors and verify filing details.
•Run automated sales tax systems (Avalara), reconcile and file returns, and serve as the technical escalation point for billing tax queries.
•Establish internal controls, maintain transfer pricing policies, support R&D tax credit opportunities, and lead audit defense for federal, state, and international audits.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, ideally with a blend of Big 4 public accounting and in-house tech/SaaS leadership.
•Deep command of ASC 740, US federal/state corporate tax law, and international tax concepts including transfer pricing.
•Experience owning income tax provisions, global compliance workflows, and coordinating third-party providers.
•Hands-on capability with in-house tax filings (property taxes, local sales taxes, and FBAR) and state registrations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license or MST (Master of Science in Taxation) highly preferred.
