Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop HVAC system solutions using Trane equipment and controls, including scoping, concept development, engineering analysis, and system validation.
  • •Support account managers with installation budget development and RFQs, including scope statements, milestone plans, specs, and permitting/bonding requirements.
  • •Provide technical support for business pursuits, including participation on strategic job acquisition teams.
  • •Manage design from conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents through construction documents.
  • •Validate Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes and develop improvements; support secured customers through project transition.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Engineering or a technical field (business preferred).

  • •Ability to audit existing mechanical/building systems and recommend improvements.
  • •Proficiency with project management and mechanical installation, plus experience with HVAC systems and construction methods.
