Job Summary

Develop turnkey design-build solutions and energy savings contracting projects by scoping and planning HVAC systems, supporting cost estimating, and partnering with account teams and customers. Manage design from conceptual site plans through construction documents, validate the effectiveness of Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes, and support proposal development. Work in Arden Hills with onsite team collaboration Monday–Thursday and flexible work on Fridays, with some travel within Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop HVAC system solutions using Trane equipment and controls, including scoping, concept development, engineering analysis, and system validation.
•Support account managers with installation budget development and RFQs, including scope statements, milestone plans, specs, and permitting/bonding requirements.
•Provide technical support for business pursuits, including participation on strategic job acquisition teams.
•Manage design from conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents through construction documents.
•Validate Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes and develop improvements; support secured customers through project transition.

Salary: USD 81,800 - 146,720 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience
•Four-year degree in Engineering or a technical field (business preferred).
•Working knowledge of cost and savings studies using energy conservation measures (ECM).
•Ability to audit existing mechanical/building systems and recommend improvements.
•Proficiency with project management and mechanical installation, plus experience with HVAC systems and construction methods.
