Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze KPIs (cost per unit, revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures) and develop business models and decision-making tools.
  • •Provide strategic insights and guide planning and resource management for specific verticals, including headcount and investment decisions.
  • •Identify and execute profit-improvement initiatives with SpaceX leadership; track and report progress on business initiatives.
  • •Evaluate major CapEx decisions, expansion plans, automation, manufacturing scope, insource vs. outsource, and location choices.
  • •Lead manufacturing cost and sales revenue improvement, establishing cost targets and driving cost/revenue optimization across existing and future products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or economics.
  • •4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship.
  • •4+ years of experience in Excel or programming.
  • •Ability to read and interpret income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • •Excellent analytical skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Office/Excel modeling) and strong written/verbal communication with senior leaders.
