Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive operational excellence across product squads by optimising delivery processes, governance, and documentation
  • •Ensure new product initiatives and platform changes are well-defined, compliant, and launch-ready through structured business cases and approval processes
  • •Act as a delivery enabler - removing blockers, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining the documentation and data foundations needed for rapid, high-quality execution
  • •Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure reliable metrics, dashboards, and insights guide decision-making and prioritisation
  • •Track performance post-launch, monitor product stability and adoption, and facilitate continuous improvement through structured feedback loops
