Job Summary

Lead FP&A for the GTM organization by building advanced financial models and providing finance business partnering to influence global strategy. Extract, transform, and load data with SQL, turn revenue and OPEX trends into actionable insights, and design automated management reporting and interactive BI dashboards. Partner with global sales and FP&A teams to refine long-range forecasts, monitor KPIs, and support month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Write and optimize SQL queries to perform ETL from data warehouses, transforming operational data into structured datasets for financial reporting.
•Analyze revenue and OPEX trends to identify what’s working, what’s changing, and where opportunities lie.
•Design, build, and maintain automated management reports, executive summaries, and interactive BI dashboards (Looker/Power BI) for senior leadership.
•Provide advanced financial modeling and decision support to guide strategic choices and refine long-range forecasts with FP&A leads.
•Build and monitor automated data pipelines for KPIs and support month-end activities including OPEX accruals, journal entries, and PO approvals.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of relevant experience across FP&A, finance business partnering, advanced financial modeling, and data analytics in a global/public or high-growth environment.
•Advanced financial modeling capability with strong commercial judgment to translate complex data into practical financial recommendations.
•Strong SQL skills, including extracting, transforming, and loading data from large-scale data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
•Experience building and improving BI dashboards or automated reporting in tools such as Looker or Power BI.
•Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, engineering, data analytics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
