Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical direction and oversight for electrical engineering design on large-scale industrial projects, including power distribution/generation, emergency systems, lighting, life-safety, and industrial controls.
•Lead multi-disciplinary project teams within the Industrial CoE and ensure engineering quality and adherence to codes/standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE).
•Foster strong client relationships, support business development, and contribute to proposal development and project planning.
•Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to promote career growth and technical excellence.
•Oversee project delivery, budgets, schedules, and cross-discipline coordination to ensure successful outcomes.

Salary: USD 119,600 - 187,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
•10+ years of electrical design experience in industrial/manufacturing/large-scale facilities
•Professional Engineer (PE) license required
•Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects
•Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and industry standards; client engagement and business development experience
