Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and train the store team to deliver expert product knowledge and brand storytelling.
  • •Ensure effective product merchandising and stock planning, daily operations, and cash handling.
  • •Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve customer experience and team performance.
  • •Plan and deliver product training for new releases and customer solutions.
  • •Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute daily work plans and improve store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision or training
  • •Excellent communication and proactive customer service orientation, with basic English reception skills
  • •Strong knowledge of product lines and ability to train others; training skills and merchandising knowledge
  • •Willingness to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and holidays; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • •Physical stamina to move, stand, and assist customers throughout shifts
