Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate Sunday evening Children’s Ministry activities, including curriculum delivery and supervising volunteers
  • •Greet families and manage classroom logistics, attendance, and safety protocols
  • •Coordinate volunteer schedules, trainings, and communications to ensure smooth program delivery
  • •Set up classrooms and greeter stations, assign tasks, and manage staff/volunteer placements
  • •Attend mandatory trainings and participate in church events (e.g., Easter, Christmas) as required

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Available Sunday evenings 4:15 PM–7:00 PM plus 2 hours during the week for administrative duties
  • •Lead and facilitate curriculum delivery during class
  • •Send weekly emails to volunteers and staff with updates and schedules
  • •Organize regular meetings with volunteers and staff to discuss curriculum and issues
  • •Set up and take down greeter table, greet and assign tasks to staff and volunteers, and coordinate classroom placements
