Key Responsibilities

  • •Industrialize new and existing products using Lean concepts such as continuous flow, pull, and error proofing.
  • •Initiate, analyze, and carry projects through completion within an assigned area of responsibility.
  • •Design and implement Lean continuous flow assembly lines to reduce cycle time, improve efficiency, and simplify work content.
  • •Lead and support Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.
  • •Support manufacturing processes and improvements, including standard work development, change verification, operator training, and hands-on workstation/layout/safety/CAD interpretation work.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree completed (or completing May 2026).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
  • •1+ years’ experience using AutoCAD (2D or 3D) or similar modeling tools (preferred).
