Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large customer projects/program components, managing multiple workstreams and alignment to Cisco delivery standards.
  • •Maintain customer relationships and technical/operational alignment; represent projects in Cisco business systems (e.g., financial forecast, partner engagement status).
  • •Own governance and operational excellence, including budget execution, financial forecasting/reporting, invoicing/payment tracking, and compliance with delivery governance.
  • •Coordinate vendor/partner engagement by sourcing bids, recommending partner selections (with SDMs), and creating SOWs and T&Cs; support contract change processes.
  • •Manage risk, issues, and change through scenario planning and stakeholder alignment; use AI/automation and KPIs to optimize delivery processes and drive adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s + 7 years of related experience, or Master’s + 4 years, or PhD + 1 year, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • •Expected PMP and CPMAI credentials.
  • •PMP/Agile methodology experience aligned to PMI and Agile delivery approaches.
  • •Ability to align customer requirements to scope, delivery plans, and resourcing needs.
  • •Preferred technical certification (e.g., CCST Networking, CCST Security, CCNA).
