Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and drive 3PL strategy, defining long-term vision and scalable quarterly roadmaps to improve service quality while ensuring 100% compliance with evolving standards.
  • •Lead rider supply strategy and forecasting, coordinating cross-functional forecasts with partner onboarding capacity and creating buffers for market disruptions.
  • •Own end-to-end 3PL performance governance across quality, speed, and compliance, instituting data-led reviews and coaching to scale top performers.
  • •Negotiate complex MSAs, addenda, and commercial frameworks with a focus on profitability and efficiency, coordinating with Legal to de-risk via tight SLAs.
  • •Represent Talabat with C-suite, Legal, Finance, and government on 3PL matters, shaping internal priorities and regulatory engagement; manage and develop the 3PL team.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in logistics, supply-chain, or marketplace operations; 3+ years leading multi-layer teams and external partners in high-growth environments.
  • •Strategic Mindset & Execution Muscle – Proven record of designing and delivering portfolio rationalisation, cost-optimisation, or scale-up programmes.
  • •Commercial Acumen – Strong negotiation skills and P&L ownership; comfortable structuring incentive schemes, advances, and performance-based fees.
  • •Regulatory & Compliance Know-How – Deep understanding of UAE labour laws, mobility regulations, and 3PL contractual frameworks.
  • •Influential Communicator – Clear, concise, and persuasive across C-suite, government, and field-level stakeholders; bachelor’s in Supply-Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or professional certifications a plus).
