Job Summary

Lead project analysis and scope control by partnering with business sponsors and technology leads to define objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures. Elicit, analyze, and document requirements; manage requirement traceability and change control through project governance. Support governance routines, maintain RAID/dependency logs, coordinate delivery inputs across teams, and assist with test/UAT and business sign-off, including data and control alignment for a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures with business sponsors and technology leads.
•Elicit, analyse, and document requirements; manage requirement traceability and support change control through governance.
•Support governance routines (agendas, decision papers, minutes, actions) and maintain RAID logs and dependency management across stakeholders.
•Coordinate delivery inputs across architecture, engineering, QA/UAT, and operations; support test planning, execution, and business sign-off.
•Ensure requirements incorporate banking controls and non-functional expectations and partner with data governance/stewards and risk/compliance/security teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong BA fundamentals including elicitation, analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation.
•Demonstrated experience in project-based delivery and governance (status reporting, RAID, decisioning, change control).
•Experience supporting data-related initiatives such as data platforms, MI/reporting, data quality, integration, and metadata/lineage.
•Ability to work effectively with technical teams by understanding data flows, interfaces, and implementation constraints.
•Strong written communication skills to produce concise governance materials for senior forums.
