Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify obstacles and work with students to overcome them.
  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our CRM and collaborate with internal teams.

  • •Experience in customer support, advising, or another people-facing role.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •A calm, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • •Ability to stay organized while managing multiple student relationships.
  • •Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
