Job Summary

Lead complex customer migration engagements from kickoff through go-live as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for a migration pod. Partner with account teams and sales leadership to align migration goals with business strategy, renewal, and expansion. Use AI-assisted tooling and automated playbooks to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion, serve as an incident point of contact, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on what works in the field.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, owning technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes.
•Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with customer business strategy, renewal, and expansion objectives.
•Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and translate migration challenges into actionable decisions.
•Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion.
•Serve as subject matter expert for key domains and act as technical point of contact during major migration incidents.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting, focused on large-scale platform migrations.
•Deep, hands-on domain expertise in one or more: Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence), Data 360 (Data Cloud), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau.
•Ability to drive business value and facilitate technical discussions across complex stakeholders.
•Strong capability translating complex technical architectures into business-friendly guidance and leading data transformations.
•Proven experience working with global/offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC) and advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds.
