•Provide superior customer experience to Small Business Card Members by delivering value generation through identifying customer mood, profile, and needs while staying compliant with guidelines

•Provide alternatives and apply call-handling skills to ensure best possible solutions and first-contact resolution (FCR)
•Deliver customer, employee, and shareholder metrics; highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels
•Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines and respond to customer inquiries while working 24/7 rotational shifts in a hybrid environment

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•Not more than 5 years between the highest education degree completion date and joining date
•Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs

•Ability to maintain confidentiality and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
