Join Intel Foundry’s manufacturing team as a Process Integration and Yield Technician - Metrology. You’ll monitor semiconductor tool and process performance, identify and classify defects, analyze test/inspection results, and review out-of-specification conditions. Operate and support process and metrology equipment, collect and document data, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve yield and production performance in a safety- and quality-focused environment.
