Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement scalable, standardized digital capabilities to ensure efficiency, quality, and repeatability across planning.
•Establish tools, processes, and data that lights up end-to-end planning visibility, ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and deployments.
•Identify elegant solutions to complex processes and dissect all components to identify changes and improvements required, ensuring alignment with planning processes.
•Support the expansion of the planning analytics team, systems, and tools to enable real-time decisioning and risk mitigation as we hyperscale across the enterprise.
•Lead the adoption and integration of ERP, planning systems, and other analytics platforms to enhance operational effectiveness for planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field.
•15+ years of leadership experience in planning, supply chain, systems, or operations management, with a focus in technical services/support environment, and enterprise-level application integration, for both hardware and software solutions.
•10+ years of proven experience in leading teams that manage the implementation of complex or large-scale planning systems and practices.
•Expertise in Planning & Inventory Systems & Technology, designing, implementing, adopting, and scaling complex systems across an enterprise.
•Experience selecting and implementing technology-driven deployment solutions, including Planning Systems, ERP, WMS, MRP, Analytics, and real-time tracking platforms.
