Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage safety initiatives to identify and mitigate risks and develop safety control programs for one of the most advanced semiconductor facilities in the United States.
•Head a diverse safety team to strengthen safety culture and hazard awareness across the organization.
•Provide project management and technical support for the development, implementation and maintenance of EHS programs, management systems and policies.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic safety projects and goals are achieved.
•Develop and implement EHS standards, procedures, guidelines and employee training to support business growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in engineering, industrial hygiene, safety or closely related field.
•Master of Science in a Safety and Health curriculum may be substituted for experience requirement.
•15+ years experience in Health & Safety.
•5 years of management experience leading a team of Health & Safety professionals.
•CSP or CIH certification is a plus.
