Job Summary

Deliver client consulting engagements for Visa’s Japan market, supporting project delivery from discovery through recommendations. Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery of strategic consulting services for key Visa clients across project workstreams.
•Develop fact bases through client interviews and analysis of documentation or processes.
•Analyze Visa and client data to benchmark performance against industry averages and identify improvement opportunities.
•Develop client-specific presentations and support creation of advisory solutions such as business strategy, product development & pricing, and customer segmentation.
•Collaborate with data science and other teams; support implementation of VCA recommendations using project management and problem-solving frameworks.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of relevant working experience.
•Fluent Japanese and at least business level English proficiency.
•Track record of high performance in strategy or operations consulting or corporate strategy.
•Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated rigor.
•Strong commercial acumen, including experience developing business cases with proven ROI.
