Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts through final assembly. Coordinate product improvements and releases with engineering teams, using engineering principles to reduce cost, improve quality, and set time standards. Create and evaluate test procedures and identify root-cause issues. Own ECO/ECR review and coordination, analyze change scope via part structures and where-used searches, and drive continuous improvement to manufacturing KPIs.
