Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication and assembly.
  • •Coordinate product improvements and new product releases; estimate and reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.
  • •Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results, and identify root-cause issues to ensure operational success.
  • •Review ECOs/ECRs for completeness and impact; log issues and coordinate with impacted EC approvers and CIB members.

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.

  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods, including basic lean principles.
