•Direct and oversee administrative support operations for teams assisting ICE immigration officials, including records management and document preparation.
•Manage and optimize daily workloads for a team of Case Processing Specialists to ensure timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of comprehensive case files.
•Coordinate docket management with EOIR and USCIS and collaborate with ICE, OPLA, consulates, and legal representatives to support hearings, removals, and interview scheduling.
•Establish quality control standards and audit data entry workflows to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance with privacy, DHS, and data security requirements.
•Supervise removal and post-removal management activities, including ICE removal documentation, flight staging logistics, departure verification reviews, and case closure lifecycle support.

Key Requirements

•US citizen with residence in the U.S. for the last five years.
•At least 21 years of age and a high school diploma (or GED).
•7+ years’ experience in immigration case management support or related social/human services or prisoner/probation/healthcare case management fields.
•Pass a criminal background and consumer credit check, and obtain/maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance.
•Ability to work on-site with travel 25% of the time and pass pre-employment/random drug tests.
