Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute moderation quality and policy effectiveness strategies using quality management tools to address inefficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •Experience in e-commerce, online safety, quality analysis, or a related field, plus proven program or project management experience.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify trends, performance issues, and insights.
  • •Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams.
