Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Education Cloud solutions that align with business and academic processes.
  • •Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and platform events.
  • •Collaborate with external vendors to review, develop, and deploy enhancements while maintaining code quality and compliance with Kaplan’s standards.
  • •Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or custom connectors.
  • •Support the setup and maintenance of Salesforce data backup, data masking, and security solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, preferably within the Salesforce.
  • •Proven experience in Salesforce Education Cloud and solid understanding of the Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA).
  • •Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
  • •Hands-on experience with Platform Events, Asynchronous Apex, and External Integrations.
  • •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
