Key Requirements

  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent) and be graduated prior to the start date.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods through coursework, projects, construction-focused groups, or related hands-on exposure.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified offenses) in the previous 3 years.
