•Lead delivery of multidisciplinary transport and infrastructure projects with emphasis on quality, efficiency and client outcomes
•Coach and mentor engineers and graduates to develop technical and leadership skills
•Collaborate with clients to shape solutions and secure project outcomes
•Manage project delivery across scope, schedule and budget while ensuring compliance with guidelines
•Support business development by planning future pursuits and strengthening client relationships

Key Requirements

•A degree in Transport or Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning (or a related field)
•10-15+ years of experience in transport and/or traffic engineering or planning
•Demonstrated leadership delivering transport projects (Business Cases, Options Analysis, Transport Impact Assessments, Road/Corridor/Network Strategies, Road Safety Assessments) with knowledge of relevant guidelines
•Ability to develop preliminary transport infrastructure designs (e.g. road upgrades, active travel) aligned with local and national standards
•Proven capability to manage small to medium transport projects and lead multi-disciplinary teams
