•Oversee risk management in projects, identify improvements, support contract reviews and offers validations, and optimize national P&L performance.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (defense/public sector) and maintain quality, security, and certification programs across local functions.
•Coordinate cross-functionally, aligning with global MCS leadership and support functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Security) to drive synergies and delivery effectiveness.
