Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 by observing students, preparing an orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides to strengthen classroom community. This role helps children grow confidence and independence at their own pace, with fully sponsored Montessori diploma training and ongoing professional development.
