Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop high-speed chip interfaces and analog functions enabling GPU and SoC (Tegra) products.
  • •Design state-of-the-art mixed-signal circuits in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
  • •Collaborate with physical/layout engineers to floorplan and implement physical design of these functions.
  • •Support debug, characterization, and product support through high-volume production.
  • •Use design and verification tools to run and debug DRC and LVS as part of the development process.

Key Requirements

  • •MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant circuit design experience.
  • •Proven understanding of analog circuit layout concepts in submicron CMOS technologies.
  • •Experience across one or more areas such as display interface digital links (HDMI, LVDS, DVI, MIPI PHY, DisplayPort), USB, PLL low-jitter clock synthesis, IO pads, high-speed serial links, and ADC.
  • •Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and work effectively in a team.
  • •Proficiency with scripting languages (perl, python, skill) and experience with analog design/verification tooling (Cadence IC design environment, HSpice, Finesim, XA).
