Deliver an exceptional in-store consumer experience by suggesting looks aligned with current trends and promotions, promoting the Levi’s omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolving customer concerns. •Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy; partner with store management on elevated issues.
•Perform cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment) while maintaining store standards and compliance with policies.
