Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and engineering team, developing the technical path for success and validating projected outcomes.
  • •Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer to shape product development.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to build or pivot solutions to meet client needs, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed.
  • •Develop, coordinate, and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners, including sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones.
  • •Own aspects of customer success tied to meeting commercial targets and building trusted partnerships that drive top-line growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • •Ability to complete an in-person 16 to 24-week internship in one of our offices in winter 2027.
  • •Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to successful completion of projects.
