  • •Maintain and optimize client system performance across a variety of projects.
  • •Build and customize new features in client systems, including web applications and reporting tools.
  • •Respond to and guide customers through trouble tickets via email, phone, and video conferences.
  • •Update and maintain VoiceFoundry products and tools to enhance client offerings.
  • •Collaborate with customers and teammates to solve problems with minimal guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience with AWS Serverless concepts and services.
